A Leap of Faith – Part 2: Resilience and Perseverance

Silence – The Power Within.

In discussion with Mr. Rajesh Manuja.

Q. After reading Part 1, did your familiarity with the Sunderkand enhance your experience of Part 2?

A. Absolutely, being familiar with the Sunderkand made Part 2 easier to follow chapter by chapter, and it helped me grasp the core teaching in each section.

Q. How easy was it to reconnect with the story and themes as Part 2 begins?

A. It was very easy to reconnect, and it quickly became clear that Part 2 focuses on Maa Sita and her unwavering faith in Shri Ram, even in difficult circumstances.

Q. Did Part 2 deepen your curiosity or understanding of the Sunderkand further?

A. Yes – it made me eager to see what happens next: how Hanuman meets Maa Sita, and how she recognizes her inner strength and the power of faith.

Q. How effectively does the author build upon the spiritual and emotional foundation set in Part 1?

A. Harish masterfully captures Maa Sita’s quiet resilience as she navigates an isolating world with no one to lean on but her own spirit. Her unwavering certainty that Shri Ram will return isn’t just admirable—it’s the heartbeat of the story

Q. Did you feel a stronger emotional connection with the characters in Part 2?

A. Part 1 helped me connect with Hanuman, while Part 2 brought me closer to Maa Sita. Harish’s vivid sound and emotion immerse you in the scene, ambiance, and setting.

Q. What new insights or learnings did you gain from this continuation?

A. Maa Sita’s resilience and perseverance in the face of adversity stood out as a powerful learning for me.

Q. Were there moments in Part 2 that felt more impactful because of your familiarity with Part 1 or the Sunderkand?

A. Hanuman’s patience and perseverance felt even more impactful, especially given his moments of self-doubt about whether he would find Maa Sita.

Q. Does Part 2 make the teachings feel more relevant or applicable to modern life compared to Part 1?

A. I see it a little differently: both parts feel equally relevant to modern life. Each one offers its teachings through a different protagonist and the unique circumstances they face.

Q. What stood out to you the most in Part 2 as a continuation of a Sunderkand-inspired journey?

A. What stood out most to me in both parts was the same core theme: faith and trust in Shri Ram, expressed through different protagonists and their distinct journeys.

Q. Which element of the cover design stood out to you the most?

A. It showcases the Bright rays of HOPE from the moon.

Q. What is your overall rating (out of 5) for Part 2, and how does it compare to Part 1?

A. I’d rate Part 2 a 5 out of 5. It’s just as strong as Part 1, but with a different tone—Part 1 feels more goal-oriented, while Part 2 is both goal-oriented and hope-oriented.
